Children's Ministries |
| - Nursery, Toddler, Beginner
and Children's Churches are available from infant - 4th grade
during the Sunday Morning Worship Service. Nursery is also
provided for Sunday and Wednesday evenings.
- Awana Clubs meets Monday at 6:30 pm (grades 3rd-6th) and
Wednesday at 6:30 pm (3 years - 2nd grade) from September
to April.
- Summer programs ave available for 3 years - 6th grade.
- The Sunshine Choir consists of boys and girls in 3rd-6th
grade. They meet Wednesday nights form 6:30-8:15 pm, September
to April. Every Spring they present a Patch the Pirate play.
This year's drama was Mount
Zion Marathon. |

Youth Ministries |
| - There are youth outings, activities
after Sunday evening services, Steppin' Up (our Jr. High/Sr.
High group that meets on Wednesdays) and yearly mission trips
planned.
- Part of the Youth went to Grenada to serve in their vbs
ministry this summer.

Women's Activities and Ministries |
| - Faith Mission Circle meets
the first Thursday of the month at 9:00 AM. All ladies are
invited to join; they work on various craft and sewing projects
for our Missionaries who ask for things or missions in general.
Our ladies are also members in the area's Whippoorwill Fellowship.
- Ladies' Bible Study is held all other Thursdays at 9:00
AM. We recently studied the Book of Acts.
- There are various other fellowships and activities like
Scrapbook Nights and Girls Night Out.

- Men's Bible Study meets on alternating
Saturdays at 7:00 AM for prayer and Bible study.

Senior Servants |
- This lively group meets the
fourth Thursday of the month at 11:30 AM for a luncheon, fellowship
and a time of study.

Music Ministry |
- At Brown Street Baptist we believe
in the power of music to communicate praise to God and the
truth of His Word. It is our goal to provide a wide variety
of opportunities to use Christ-honoring music effectively.
Some music ministries available: an adult choir and youth
choirs; orchestral music during the morning and evening services;
accompanists; small vocal ensembles, soloists and instrumentalists.
There are also a number of seasonal events including Christmas,
Easter or patriotic cantatas and our annual musical play.

- All forms of guidance, including marriage
and family counseling, are available by appointment with Senior
Pastor David Burman or Assistant
